I am having the same exact issue. I have been given the runaround by XFinity's chat specialists THREE times now. Today, I waited for a technician to arrive. Nobody showed up, but it was marked as "completed" in my account. I am back on the completely ineffecutual chat function, and they are scheduling another technician to come here. How do I know this won't just keep happening? I have no faith in this company. I want to cancel my service with them, but do not think I should pay the cancellation fee. Is anyone else having this terrible internet service and customer service issue?
