WE HAVE A VERY SIMILAR ISSUE. DID COMCAST EVER REPLY OR HELP? I HAVE TALKED WITH THEM MULTIPLE TIMES WITH ZERO RESOLVE EXCEPT HOUR'S AND HOUR'S OF LOST TIME OF WORK, TRYING TO GET SUPPORT FROM COMCAST AND STILL NO HELP. COMCAST THIS IS A NESSARY NEED IN OUR ABILITY TO MAKE A LIVING BY WORKING FROM HOME DURING COVID WHY CANT WE GET HELP OR A ISSUE FIXED?. VERY NOT HAPPY WITH THIS UNACCEPTABLE ISSUE!
