Re: Help! Upload Speed
I am experiencing the same issue in the Seattle area. Lost internet around 7 am this morning. When came back up all appeared to be OK but a bit sketchy for my wife's S10 connected to XFI modem/router. Did a speedtest and DL seemed to be ok, but UL was extremely low on multiple tests. Have Asus router with Wan connection. Moved PC to XFI unit and speedtest was still very low, from .2 to 1.5 mbs (normally dl 800+ mbs, ul 40 mbs). Restarted/repowered xfi unit with no improvement. Disconnected xfi unit and installed arris modem. Still same issue, so reinstalled the xfi unit. Tested dl/ul with my S10 (connected to xfi) and got 550+, with max ul 3 mbs. Still not expected ul speed. Tried to use assistant and all they want to do is start at modem restart....already beyond that! Cables are tight etc., etc. Who do I talk with to get this resolved?
