I AM also experiencing this issue with xfinity using my NETGEAR C7000! Had tech out at 1pm today in which he rewired my co axle cables inside and outside. He had left just before 2pm and at 2:26pm dropped connection for 30 seconds before reconnecting. Nothing on my modem/router flashing during these drops. Having another technician come out tomorrow!
