Re: Connectivity Issues - Poor Customer Service

Having the same problem for 3 months with the WIFI on Demand service. Am also working from home & keep having to call C.S. because my connection keeps getting dropped or slows to a crawl. At start all was great for about 3 weeks, great speed.  The connection started deteriorating.  Started getting messages "Can;t connect to network" or get connected and says "No Internet". Everytime I they give obvious false excuses & just want to do is refund my money instead of fixing the problem at the access point. Xfinity definitly not living up to their connectivity ads.  Very poor C.S. , very poor service, very poor business

I'm done with this [Edited: "Language"] service. Impossible to work from home like this. Forget about trying to contact them. They despise their customers as much as we despise them. Need more competition to get their attention,

Hello, @user_9a9595. Thanks for reaching out about needing help with your service issues. For future reference, it is better to submit your own post for help as it creates a ticket to get help, and sometimes posting on an old thread can delay getting help. We definitely want to make sure the correct steps are taken to get your service problem resolved.
