Random Packet Loss Issues

Hello, I've been experiencing some random drops in wifi connectivity, especially when I am using video chatting software like Discord. I also experience a lot of drops when playing videogames. The problem has been happening at random times. I have a wired connnection on my computer but it has also been happening to other wireless devices. I ran many tests from different places and they all said that I was experienceing packet loss. When I called xfinity, it took forever to contact a real person and they said they had no clue what was happening. I would love to have an experienced techinichian help me out with this. I know this is not a problem with my hardware on my computer as it happens to all my devices in my house. I also contacted some of the game manufacturers and they said that I was experiencing packet loss on my ISP's side. I really need help from an experienced technician. Thanks
