Question if anyone else sees the same thing about their internet

So my download is about 90mbps or so. it has never been a problem on anything in my home. Girlfriend and I could be on multiple devices like me downloading a game and her watching a streaming service.

 

The last few months i can no longer download something large like a game without a streaming service being interrupted when she is watching.

 

is this because covid19 and many people are home and xfnity only has so much internet to go around and the whole system is taxed?

 

or is it something else?

 

like i said, never had issues ever and nothing has changed in my home from when i signed up with xfinity to now.

 

if you are the troubleshoot type I have, downloaded drivers, rebooted my modem, rebooted router..all the normal things i would normally do when i feel there is an issue.

 

so what do you think?
