Purchase second dynamic Wan IP
Hello,
Recently my XB-6 modem went out. I picked up a new XB-7 and put my modem into bridge mode. Having two separate routers Comcast support advised it would be best for me too purchase an additional Dynamic Wan IP, which I totally agree with. The problem is two days later and 3 hours on the phone we cannot seem to get the Modem to assign a second IP. Phone support was able to add the additional service to my account/billing. Looking for any guidance/help. Thanks
