Prioritize wired over wi-fi traffic with xfinity modem/router combo

Dear comcast and community,

Several similar posts from years ago say that the default xfinity devices provide no QoS (Quality of Service) control to the customers. Is this still the case today?

I am looking for a simple way to prioritize network traffic for my desktop (which is on a wired connection) over all other wireless devices in the house. Does anybody happen to know if there's a setting for that?
