Why does my printer keep disconnecting from the Gateway. All it's firmware and software are up to date. It disconnects then will not re-connect unless I power it off/on. It makes no sense and is frustrating. Why is there no reconnect button in the xFi app for something like this? It is in the same room as an xFi Pod so I don't believe it's a wireless connection problem. Will hard wiring it directly to the xFi Pod help?
Not sure where you are located, but I've been experiencing intermittent outages, which always happen when there is extremely cold or wet weather. I usually reboot my router first then reboot the printer. That usually helps. What brand for printer are you using? Computer operating system? Or mobile device?

Additionally, have you attempted to restart your gateway? I would recommend trying that first, which you can conveniently do through our easy-to-use 'My Account' app. You can also run a quick diagnostics check by accessing the Internet tab at the bottom of the app. If you see anything concerning, please let us know so we can get it addressed right away!
When your printer disconnects, does the xFi pod or any other devices disconnect as well or just the printer?
Will hard wiring it directly to the xFi Pod help?
