Portforward Issue

When I set up a port in the xFi menu, the site claims I have set up a port successfully, but when I check the status of the port in a port checker,  it remains closed. I have tried disabling all firewalls on my network and windows pc, but nothing has changed. Inkedproblem_LI.jpg
