Poor network/internet services
I have had these services for well over 2 years and continue to have network issues every single day. The internet only works part of the day. It's so terrible that I can't use my firestick most of the time. I have complained on several occasions. The last time I spoke with support, my services were upgraded. Still doesn't work any better. I feel like finding another company. Paying a lot of money to have jacked up services is ridiculous.
