Poor internet speeds and modem issues
I just moved into a new house and have noticed extremely degraded performance during the day. I am getting 30mbps down when I should be getting 300mbps. Checking my modem status page is also showing issues I suspect are related to the performace issues: https://imgur.com/a/rdjdYdu
This is the exact same modem and router I was using in my previous house and I had no issues.
I know the previous residents of this house did not have cable service with Xfinity at all, they had DSL and satellite TV. Do I need someone to come out to check the lines?
Thanks so much!

Okay so I don't want to speak to soon, but I went outside to the cable run into my house and noticed it was not as tight as it could be. I was able to get another half-turn to tighten the connection and my speeds jumped back to the 300mbps and the SNR on my modem status page improved and all channels were able to be locked.
I will keep an eye on it for another day or so, but it looks like this helped A LOT. Its amazing how sensitive it is to the tightness of the connections on the coax runs.

Please post what the signal stats look like now, but this time, also include the upstream channel signal stat figures.

Here are the current modem signals.

I have not restarted the modem since my attempted fix, so the correctables and uncorrectables numbers are still high, but all of the SNR values really tightened up and all channels have remained locked.
