Poor Cloud Gaming Performance!

So ive been paying for 1000/35 Tier! An i use a program called Geforce Now which is like google stadia. Id use thier machine an stream the game that i wann play to my house. Which is called cloud gaming. I have my bitrate set to 35 MBPS of my download tried to stream Tom Clancy The Division 2 to my Machine an play it but, I was getting a pixelated stream an it downgraded my stream to 480p at 30 FPS instead of being 1080p 60 FPS! My PC is hardwired an its the only device connected on the network. So theres no reason i cant do a 1080p60 game stream. What is going on with comcats network. Literally Gigabit package should be able to handle a cloud gaming stream 1080p60 easy. I did have new lines put in sense the ones i had in my house were outdated. Im also using the Netgear CM1200 Cable Modem!

Can't see your pics. Since you are a new poster, they need to be approved by a Forum Admin. That could take some time. In the interim, you could try hosting them at one of those free third-party pic hosting sites like Imgur or Photobucket and post the link to them here.

The signal stats are o/k but the error log entries indicate that something is going on. Perhaps there is noise ingress into the line(s) somewhere.

There are other signal stat figures that can't be read by the modem. They are the "Upstream Rx Power" (Upstream Receive Power Level), the "Upstream SNR Ch." (Upstream Signal To Noise Ratio), and the "Upstream ICFR" (In Channel Frequency Response). These are as equally important in diagnosing connectivity issues as are the modem's stats.

I'm going to escalate your issue to the Comcast corporate employees that are available to these boards. They will be able to poll the CMTS to see whether or not everything is in the green zone, see your node / cable plant and modem health, and also see a history plot for the modem. You should get a reply here in your topic. Good luck !

Alright i connected my XB7 so i can hand them the signal infomation. I thought it be better if i had that new modem but, Still experiacing the same issue! I even made sure the lines were tight an the cable is brand new. An im hardwired from the pole to the modem no 2 line connection. All one line! So i honestly don't know whats been going on. This has been a issue before COVID19 became a first world problem!
