Pods Bandwidth Dropped Off

Basement pods in a 3000sqft house have dropped from 30mbps to under 3mbps - restarted, unplugged, reset and renamed.

We get over 200mbps next to the Gateway, and had decent speeds in with the basement pods - what happened?

are they dead?
