Please help with my packet loss! Urgent.

Hi I've noticed that the user EG in these forums knows quite a bit! ... I just started a work from home position and I'm getting booted from my work PC and right before it kicks me, the entire screen on both monitors freeze. I'm using hardwired connection and have tried directly to the modem and as well to the router. My works IT department has looked into it on their end and has confirmed it is packet loss from Comcast. I have the latest modem XFI and all other devices are working great on my wifi.

I'm a beginner when it comes to understanding packet loss but am pretty tech savvy so I can follow directions if provided. Can anyone please help? My job depends on it.

What do the modem's signal stats look like ? Try getting them here or here

Please post the *Downstream Power Level*, the *Upstream Power Level*, and the *SNR* (Signal to Noise Ratio) numbers.

What is the exact make and model number of the modem ?
