Permanent removal of data caps

Will Xfinity permanently remove price-gouging data caps?

You've demonstrated that there is literally no reason for you to have data caps except to charge overage fees.

I second that.  Data caps are not technically neccessary, that has been proven time and time again (especially March - June).  They are pure greed by ISP's like Comcast.  If I had a choice of ISP in my area, there would not be a cap.  In regions where Comcast has real competition there is no cap.  They can charge me $30 per month and get away with it, I have no choice.  Shame on Comcast for misleading and ripping off consumers.

I just got a data cap limit warning .. but there is no mention of data cap in my contract.

If I get 1 more warning on my data cap or if I get charged for data cap, I will be going to another ISP as I don't want to pay $25/month to remove the cap.   I would rather pay 1-time contract cancelation fees than a monthly 25/month or the $10/50gb upcharge.

Good luck.  In my area I only have one choice, it's Xfinity or nothing.  Comcast takes advantage of that with monopolistic behaviors such as data caps.  I caved and was forced to pay.
