Periodic Disconnect: Need reboot to regain connectivity

I own a Arris T25.  Every few days, I wake up to find no Internet connection.  I have to restart the modem to regain service. Event logs and Status information below.

I have this same modem and have the same issue with weekly/periodic reboots to regain connectivity.

 

How are you getting access to the logs?  I will pulll and compare with yours.

How do you get to the log?

 

When you access the modem management page, typically https://192.168.100.1/cgi-bin/status_cgi

 

You need to click onto "event log" in the top menu bar.

OP:  Return the modem now if you still can. Beg, plead, and whine if you're past the return date.  Trust me.  Read all about my trials and pain with the T25 here: https://forums.xfinity.com/t5/Your-Home-Network/Internet-outage-at-the-same-time/m-p/3381118#M336782

 

"They" locked my thread, but since I replaced the T25 with a Netgear CM1150V, I have had 100% uptime (at least while I've been awake), never once woken up to a frozen/offline modem, less than 30 Correctables, no Uncorrectables, and only two entries in the log after 15 days of up time (per the modem).

 

My power levels and behavior were exactly like yours as you'll see in my thread.

 

The fact that Comcast still points customers to this modem is on them, but Arris is also putting out a dog of a product.
