Paying for "up to 200Mbps" but getting a lot less?
Anyone else not getting what your paying for with Comcast? Comcast falsly advertise that my "Blast!" package offers internet speeds of up to 200Mbps, however, daily speed tests consistlantly show that Comcast only delivers 20 Mbps. Can't get Comcast on the phone. All virtual agents are unavailable. Let's see if social media posts about Comcast's poor customer service and false advertising gets me the attention that I deserve as a paying customer . . .
