Hello. I have had multiple calls and chats with Xfinity tech support over the last week and also a call to Arris. I recently upgraded my speed from 300mbps to 1,000, but my speed has t increased. My modem is new (Arris SURFboard T25) and is capable of the faster speed. According to Arris my QAM upstream levels should be between 40-45, but I’m only getting 38-40. They recommended asking Xfinity to send a tech to check wiring outside of my home, but No one in tech support will send someone out. I understand the issues with COVID-19, but I am not asking someone to come inside my home. I have been having daily outages and extremely slow speeds. It’s frustrating and I need help.
