Paying for 600 down, stuck at 30 for days
Paying for Extreme Pro plan because I work from home. It's a 600mbps down/20 up plan that I have never had any issues with and usually get 700/25 with all my wired devices. A few days ago I noticed that my download speeds absolutely tanked down to 30. I have hard reset every single device at every level of my network, inspected cables and configurations, and cannot find a problem.
I can't work while this is going on. Here are my modem statistics:
