Paying for 300, getting 50.

I am at my wits end.

This is more of a rant--sorry, about that.

Can't spend anymore 2 hour+ marathons on the phone trying to get some satisfaction. Had a technician visit and test everything when I was paying for 100Mbs.

He was great: replaced fittings and retuned everything and I was getting in the 80s

I upgraded that week to the 300Mbs plan and it has been downhill since then.

I have gone through the app and restarted too many times to count.

My last marathon conversation on the phone resulted in a $15 cradit and still regular speeds of 50Mbs or below, there are jumps to 70Mbs now every once in a while, but it falls down quickly. Haven't seen 100 since the 25th of March, much less a suggestion of 300Mbs.

What do I do? Is there an actual human here that is reading these and can help out? Do I give up and downgrade my plan back to 100Mbs which I suspect I won't get anyway?
