How can I make sure someone from support looks at this?
Thought Comcast support has improved but looks like they are slowly gotten back to their pathetic state. I place a call recently to support. The agent disconnected the call saying she will call back in 5 mins and never called back.
I have an ongoing network issue at my home and hope someone calls me back.
No one from here is going to call.
