Partial service upstream, promised a callback twice but still no call
Hiya folks,
Ever since the storm last week I have been having modem issues with both my own and the Xfinity supplied modem. Only one upstream channel locked and lots of errors on the downstream.
Chatted 3 times, promised a call from escalation twice but still no call.
How does one get someone on the phone these days? Or schedule a tech? This means of providing technical support seems......less than optimal.
