Packet loss when connecting to Office VPN daily between 5pm-7pm
For the last two weeks, I have been noticing packet loss when connecting to office VPN (198.11.161.209)
Multiple users in my company who are using Xfinity are seeing the same issue.
Users on ATT network do not have this issue.
The problem happens daily starting at 5pm and ends around 7-7:30pm PDT
Attached is the Traceroute information.
