Packet loss along route to server.

I'm trying to access an in-game store on my computer and the webpage consistently times out before loading.

Upon running a tracert, I have isolated a server on-route to the store, and it has 25% packet loss, which is absurd. Is there any way to either have this server checked, or have the connection rerouted to go through servers that are actually functioning properly?

I can provide further evidence of Comcast-owned servers giving me packet loss along the route to the server that houses the store if necessary.

Re: Packet loss along route to server.

Please post the trace. If the packet loss doesn't extend to the end of the route, it's probably not significant. See https://www.dslreports.com/faq/14068

Here's the WinMTR trace

Notice that packet loss at the last hop is zero:

| Host                -  % | Sent | Recv | Best | Avrg | Wrst | Last |
| 104.16.10.33  -  0  |  727 |   727  |    9   |    12   |   23  |   12   |

As stated previously, if packet loss doesn't extend to the end of the route, it's probably not significant.

If it's "not significant", why am I timing out?

I have no way of knowing. Perhaps the site is blocking your public Comcast IP. You can look up your IP at https://www.google.com/search?q=what+is+my+IP. You'll probably need to ask the site's admins for help with this.
