I am seeing poor performance on my service and have noticed packet loss in your network on device be-2311-pe11.350ecermak.il.ibone.comcast.net 18.104.22.168 and it is dropping arounbd 20% of packets constaintly.
Can you ask the backbone team to investigate please
If the packet loss doesn't extend to the end of the route, it's probably not significant. See https://www.dslreports.com/faq/14068. The device is most likely giving low priority to ping and trace packets and higher priority to actual data packets. If it was dropping data packets your graph would show loss at all the hops beyond that one.
