Packet Loss in SE MI

Since Friday I've noticed packet loss in World of Warcraft & Fortnite.   The issue seems to be between 162.151.20.234 and be-164-ar02.pontiac.mi.michigan.comcast.net.

My cable modem seems fine.  Downstream SNR: 38-40, Power: 3-6.  Upstream Power: 46

 

Please help 🙂

Still having problems.  It's a weird issue in that if I play Overwwatch and go to a training instance it's either fine or routinely laggy.  Leaving and starting a new training instance rerolls the dice.  Same with Fortnite and rounds.   Feels like a segment has multiple paths/members and when you hash to the bad one you stuffer.

 

Cable modem as 0 uncorrectable errors on all channels in 2 days and just a handful of correctables.  

 

When it goes bad it's very bursty.  See attached image showing smooth send segments and then a ton of retransmits:
