Only Instagram not working while Wifi is on

While the wifi is on, all other webs/apps work fine except Instagram. Happening to both on my laptop and my phone. Pictures/videos not loading, and showing grey boxes.

When accessed using 4G using my phone (i.e. data), Instagram works fine.
