Online light not coming on

I moved recently, did a self install and everything is working but the online light on the modem and I cannot connect. The option to shows up but it's saying "internet may not be available" supposedly someone came out to activate the line to my apartment but it's not getting through. There is only one coaxial outlet that we are plugged into and there is no other equipment in my apartment. The line runs directly from the outside. We've unplugged the modem to reset it and we are using all the same equipment that worked fine at my last address.

Sounds like you'll need a tech out to connect the other end of your line to the live Comcast feed.
