Hi, I work from home and my daughter is in online school. For the last two weeks the internet connection is terrible. We constantly loose connection and I already do all troubleshooting methods. Calling your numbers does no good as I get nowhere. I own my own modem and there is nothing wrong with it. I am paying for internet that isn’t working and inconveniences me daily. Will a Comcast rep please reply and help address this issue?!!!
