Obtaining a second IP Address

Hello,

I've checked the PDF and an extra IP isn't listed as an available option in my area but I'd like to see if is actually possible as others have had luck in the past. I have a SB8200 and would like to utilize the second Ethernet port.

I've seen others have success on the forum with these requests and hope someone is able to assist.

They are phasing it out but I'm going to escalate your issue to the Comcast corporate employees that are available to these boards. We've seen cases here where they have been able to get this accomplished for customers even when it is not listed in their rate cards, YMMV. You should get a reply here in your topic. Good luck !

This feature is not something that is typically available for residential customers at this time, but I would be more than happy to check your area just to be sure.
