ONGOING INTERNET OUTAGES

For the past 4-6 weeks my internet connection goes down each day starting at 8-8:30 a.m. and is restored anywhere from 4:00 - 10:30 p.m. No notices are given if this is ongoing equipment work by Comcast. I am paying for full service and receiving about half of that. I live in the HPT area. Please let me know why this is occurring and how long this will continue.
