Normally good internet speed, but with high pings spikes
I've got a normally stable connection but recently it started getting high ping spikes. The normal speed is fast but sometimes during a video or a game it freezes and then jumps ahead. I ran a ping command and got these results:

I've rebooted everything and checked all that I can on my side. Noise in the line? Problem with Comcast? I've seen this on a busy night and on a sleepy Saturday morning.

What do the modem's signal stats look like ? Try getting them here http://192.168.100.1 or here http://10.0.0.1
Please post the *Downstream Power Level*, the *Upstream Power Level*, and the *SNR* (Signal to Noise Ratio) numbers.
What is the exact make and model number of the modem ?
Is this a WiFi connection ?

It is an X5 model and we use wifi and not a direct connection.
Your first link doesn't work and http://10.0.0.1 won't let me login. Any other suggestions?
Thanks for the help.
