How did you reset it ? Did you hold the recessed reset button on the rear in for at least 30 seconds ?
If you get a response please share as I have been having this problem since March. My wifi goes out at least twice a day and this has gotten out of hand. I have unplugged it, restarted it from the website and I was finally able to reach someone to chat. They reset my router which didn't work and I had to unplug the box twice for thirty minutes before I could get it to work. I am working from home and it is cutting out during meetings or when I am working on reports. Between whoever I am chatting with to the automated service I have had it.
