Xfinity upgraded my cable modem and router to a new wireless gateway (Arris TG3482G). Ever since then, my Honeywell wifi water leak and freeze detector cannot connect to my home network. All other devices, including other Honeywell wifi products, are able to without problem. i've been through all of the troubleshooting steps with the Honeywell (now Resideo) product, reset my gateway numerous times etc. Has anyone else had a problem with this device and this gateway? Thank you!
Here's how I solved the issue: Log onto the Xfinity Xfi app, go to Network, then disable "Advanced Security". After that I reset and reinstalled my Honeywell leak detectors which then came right online. Hope that helps!
