New modem won’t activate with xfinity Internet. Netgear CM600. Already had it added to account won’t activate thru online

Give this automated device activation line a shot: 1-855-652-3446. Even if the automation fails, you then get connected to an advanced repair representative rather than a tier 1 phone rep. Good luck !

Nice to find out there is a way to talk directly to a level one... Now if I could only find out how to talk to someone about call audits 😕 Comcast listens requires a crime to have occurred...
