Moved in a new house and have a new gateway router from comcast ,can’t get internet. The online light is not on and others are blinking.. I have a login screen but when I put my username and password it says they are incorrect... any suggestions?
The other end of your line doesn't seem to be connected to a live Comcast signal feed. It is sometimes disconnected between tenant moves. You should get a tech out to investigate / connect you up.
