New XB7 modem, "We are still setting up Advanced Security, Please wait at least 10 min."
After three tries and numerous people at XFinity telling me the correct modem was coming, I finally got my white XB7 modem this past weekend, and set it up in 10 minutes via the phone app. Now when I try to RDP through my Port Forward, I can't nor can I access the Advanced Security through the web page. I see more and more people having this issue, but no solutions.
I've trie to chat with XFinity but depending on which way the wind is going you are either put on hold, or told they will call you within (insert any number of minutes here) and never do.
What gives? This kind of stuff makes me go back to FiOS quicker.
