I’ve bought a new compatible modem and router. How do I get them work. The app isn’t automatically picking up the new modems model number. Can I enter it manually or is there an easy way to get it to scan for it. I’ve jumped though the same hoops to no avail.
The app will only work with Comcast rented equipment, not customer-owned equipment.
