New Device Router/Modem

Can't get device to connect to internet. Can't get help. How do I get someone to come and do this for me.

Is this a new install?  What 'device' is unable to connect to internet?

Is the "Online" indicator light lit steadily ? If so, did you get it activated for service by them ?
