I'm having issues with my new Netgear CM600 modem (coupled with a Eero router - both have been bought in the last 6 months as I'm trying to resolve this issue). Several times a day my upload speed will drop to zero - my video conference calls will sound fine to me, but the folks I'm talking to complain that I'm breaking up so badley that they can't understand what I'm saying. Less frequently, download will drop entirely as well for ~5mins. Looking into my modem logs I see errors corresponding to the connectivity loss. I've had a tech out in the last month and he replaced the line into my house, and my modem is placed as upstream as it can be, with no splitters in the path.
Below I've posted my channel info and the event log from the most recent outage. I greatly appreciate any help that can be offered.
