I getrandom intermittent connectivity issues and have for over a year. It lasts for 30 to 90 seconds and is always at the most inconvenient times. I've swapped modems about 4 months ago. For troubleshooting, I've now connected via ethernet to the modem, and the modem is connected directly to the inbound comcast cable with no splitters etc on my line. Please see the following constant T3 timeouts I get on Channels 1, 2, and 3. They are non-stop. I've done modem restarts, etc and chatted and spoke with Comcast reps with no real resolution. Any assistance would be appreciated.
