Hi. I recently went from a Netgear cm500 modem to a new cm1200 modem. Comcast promised higher speeds if I upgrade from blast 300mbs to 600mbs. I do get decent download speed close to 600 at times but my upload is about 15. Anyway, my issue is that since I started using the new cable modem my abode security gateway alarm system went to cell backup and no longer can communicate to the center over internet. I see it connected to my router and assigned a private 192 address. But no matter what I do I can't get the security gateway device to communicate with the security center. They just tell me it's offline and to reboot it. Can anyone give me some suggestions on what could be causing this? All my other home devices seem to not have an issue connecting. Below I pasted the channel info. If anything maybe my upload power is to low? Does anyone see anything wrong?
FYI- I factory reset my cable modem and router but still no luck.
