Netgear CM600 all lights green - no internet

I lost my internet connection this morning and after power cycling and reseting the modem several times and finally the DS, UP, and Internet lights are green. However, I don't have internet access going through the router or when plugging a device directly into the modem. The xfinity status page tells me that they can't see my modem at all and wants to just keep manually power cycling it. I swapped out the modem with another one (different make and model) and had the same issues. When I go into the CM600 I see locked US/DS channels. Any ideas on what to try next?

Possibly have a tech out, depending on the market you’re in, you’re missing 2 or 3 upstream channels
