What does this mean?? I've been trying to get this C7800 modem to connect to the net and this is what I see in the Netgear genie:
Frequency start Value
This field below allows you to modify the frequency the cable modem start with its scan during initialization and registration. Enter the new start frequency and restart the cable modem for it to take effect.
Those signals are extremely out of whack causing it to not even complete coming online. If there are any splitters try bypassing them and see if the same thing happens.
If the same thing happens, you’ll need a technician to investigate from outside.
