Netflix - Smart TV won't connect to internet

I got a new router from Comcast last summer but just tonite tried to get Netflix on TV.  Was able to make it work before new router, now I get message Code NW-1-1000.  I've tried Network Settings and putting in my wifi name and password but it doesn't connect.

Since it’s been so long, have you tried hooking up your tv to a different network (maybe a phone hotspot), to see if it’s the tv? Does your Wi-Fi/internet work with all your other devices? Do other apps on your tv work or is it just Netflix that gives you trouble ?

I don't think I know how to hook my tv up with a phone hotspot.  Yes, my wi-Fi does work with my computer, phone and ipad.  I tried to use the browser app on my TV - it gave me the message "No server" so I don't think it is just a Netflix app problem.
