I got a new router from Comcast last summer but just tonite tried to get Netflix on TV. Was able to make it work before new router, now I get message Code NW-1-1000. I've tried Network Settings and putting in my wifi name and password but it doesn't connect.
I don't think I know how to hook my tv up with a phone hotspot. Yes, my wi-Fi does work with my computer, phone and ipad. I tried to use the browser app on my TV - it gave me the message "No server" so I don't think it is just a Netflix app problem.
now I get message Code NW-1-1000.
Some things to try;
Click on *Smart TV*.
