Neighbors dBmv MUCH stronger than ours

I'll post pictures tonight, but I ran our Wifi Spectrum Analyzer through 10.0.0.1 and our neighbors strengths are flawless all under -10dBmv.  Mine in my house however are all over -70dBmv.  Wondering what could be my issue?  I'm rocking about 16 mbps speed (with gig internet).  I am the furthest away from our XFI router, but our neighbors houses are obviously further.

I tried resetting and factory restored this morning.
