NEVER GETTING SPEEDS THAT I PAY FOR
For some reason, I never get any speed that I pay for at comcast. I first started with 100mbps and then went to 1gig and I was never even getting close to what I pay for. Have been on the phone with on and off with comcast for couple months now and they have never given me a credit yet. Still to this day I have only 150mbps on average coming into my modem and I pay for 1gig.

I'm having the exact same issue. I get it, now that more people are working from home during this pandamic and I don't expect to get near gig speeds. But, when I'm paying for gig speeds and the maxium download I'm getting is 250mbps during off-peak (2am) that's unacceptable. I upgraded to the gig plan with a new Arris SB8200 and from day 1 I never got 1/3rd of the speed advertised. After numerous attempts to tech support and having techs come out to check my lines which they stated are fine, nothing has been resolved. They blame it's the device and Arris tech support blames it's the lack of dBmV power signals from the ISP based on the log readings I give them. I purchased another Arris SB8200 to remove the excuse of blaming the issue on the device. What are the odds of two new modems purchased at different times and locations to be defective? Anyways, I've listed my recent logs below on my newest modem and can anyone help me? Your efforts would be much appreciated.
