NEED HELP getting connected to WifI

Hi there-

Just moved into my new apartment and can't seem to connect to wifi with app and modem that was provided. It doesn't seem as if any of the cable outlets are up and running...I'm only needing wifi but it seems as if I need an active cable outlet to get my wifi started...ANY help would be greatly appreciated. I start classes on Monday and need my wifi to work!!

The other end of your line has likely been disconnected from the live Comcast signal feed at the tap. You'll likely need a tech out to reconnect it. Call 1800comcast and report this.
